Dr. Michael Davis loves to create happy and healthy smiles at Children’s Dentistry of Virginia, PC. Born and raised in Saint Petersburg, FL, he received his Bachelor of Science in healthcare management at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University and received his dental degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. 

During his time at UNC, Dr. Davis developed his passion for treating children during his international trip to Malawi and volunteering at a non-profit dental clinic. This inspired him to complete a residency in pediatric dentistry at The Ohio State University and Nationwide Children’s Hospital. While in residency, Dr. Davis served as the chief resident, where he gained extensive experience in managing emergency trauma, restorative dentistry, behavior guidance, orthodontics, preventative dentistry, atraumatic restorative techniques, and treatment of patients with special healthcare needs. 

In his free time, Dr. Davis enjoys running, traveling, and dining out. You might see him having dinner at some of Richmond’s favorite restaurants.
